Sinopse:
The Big C conta a história de Cathy (Linney), uma reprimida esposa suburbana de Connecticut que, ao ser diagnosticada com câncer, decide retomar as rédeas de sua vida. Platt faz o bem intencionado, porém imaturo, marido da personagem, enquanto Sidibe será uma aluna espertalhona na classe de Cathy.
